Downstairs you are pleasantly surprised to find not only, two bedrooms and a remodeled bathroom, but a 3rd huge bedroom that is currently doubling as a game room and bedroom~Then you think to yourself, there's ski slope views from here too! YES, there is!~They have also made other improvements such as replacing the water main to the street, added heat ducting downstairs, deck railing brought to code and more!
